FleetTraxs is a National Fleet Technology Deployment company with technicians in strategic locations across the United States. With over 80 years of combined experience, our technicians are kept up to date on the latest trends, installation techniques, vehicle updates and technology advancements. We are close partners with all of the major manufacturers such as Freightliner, International, Kenworth, Peterbuilt, E-One, Pierce, Ferrara and other vehicle builders. Along with vehicle telematics, we are also well versed in emergency vehicle upfitting and build-outs including new vehicle acquisition equipment integration on “front-line apparatus”.

Our installation team will work with your fleet of any size and manufacturer. We have extensive experience with Altec, TruckTek and other manufacturers to integrate your back-up cameras, scene and emergency lighting, mobile and portable radios, power inverters and more!
Solid Waste Accountability
Solid waste pickup is a huge task for any city or county.
We can assist your agency with RFID pickup accountability where it logs date, time, driver, and GPS location of each pickup based on an RFID sticker on each garbage can.
Fire Apparatus
Vehicle acquisition is a major expense for any agency and time consuming to integrate your equipment. Let FleetTraxs assist you in planning and installing your radio chargers, TIC chargers, AutoPulse, Drug Safes, Appliances, Irons and Helmet brackets, FireComm systems, etc. We are also dealers for many of the current and popular manufacturers.

FleetTraxs understands the new mandates from the NTSB and government agencies and with the deadlines approaching, we can install your equipment and also train your technicians and staff on the proper usage and maintenance of the equipment.

Installation Documentation
FleetTraxs Technicians utilize a proprietary phone application where it allows them to document connections, before and after vehicle pictures, prior vehicle damage, mounting location and date/time of the installation. Our Installation Technicians also are required to sign each installation before it’s emailed to our Corporate Headquarters for approval. Our Quality Control Division will then reviews all documentation prior to the technician moving on to the next vehicle or scheduled job.
Exceptional Warranty
FleetTraxs prides itself on industry advanced installation procedures, but our warranty is above industry standard. We offer a Lifetime Warranty* on all installations that FleeTraxs performs. This includes all wire ties, connectors and mounting of your equipment.
*DOES NOT cover driver tampering, mechanic disconnect, accident damage or repair or any other incident that would cause the equipment to fail other than our installation.
Project Management
FleetTraxs provides a dedicated, full time, assigned Project Manager for your technology equipment deployment. You will have full access to your assigned Project Manager with email and phone access during the duration of your project and should any questions or issues arise that need attention, you will have full access to your Project Manager. Should they not be available, our Director of Operations will answer your call or questions. You will also have full communication tracking via email for any prior or future needs with FleetTraxs.

Approved Documentation
Prior to starting your technology deployment, FleetTraxs will meet with your company, view your fleet, map out our installation plan, provide 1 install per make/model of vehicle, put the installation plan into a “Deployment Plan” and all parties will sign off on those plans. Our Installation Technicians will then follow that plan on all vehicles. This is done to insure a consistent installation tactic on all of your vehicles. Its also done to minimize delays on searching for equipment or mounting locations should a service call arise.
